1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeet18 platform and all its users. jeet18 is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

jeet18 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the identity verification process is complete.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds on jeet18: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• If there are active bonus wagering requirements on the account at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal will not be processed until those requirements are met.
• In some cases, withdrawal times may be slightly longer due to technical issues or the verification process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jeet18 offers various bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are provided under the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own validity period and wagering requirements — please read the specific terms before accepting an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• jeet18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If any user abuses a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken against the associated account.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on jeet18 are operated according to specific rules. The individual instructions for each game apply.

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, jeet18's decision on the outcome of that round will be considered final.
• If a technical error is detected in a game, all bets for that round will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• For cricket, football, or other sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, a decision will be made in accordance with jeet18's betting rules.
• If a disconnection occurs in a live gaming session due to a network issue, the result of that round will remain as recorded.

6.1 Fair Play

jeet18 follows a fair play policy. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures impartial and transparent outcomes. Any form of manipulation or system tampering is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet18 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or gaining an unfair advantage through multiple accounts.
• Hacking, manipulation, or unauthorized access to the system through any other technical means.
• Collusion or secret cooperation with other players in a game.
• Gaming using automated bots or software.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or creating an account for a minor.
• Registering an account with false or incorrect information.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, jeet18 may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

• Transaction delays caused by disruptions to third-party payment providers' services.

• Losses resulting from account login details being disclosed to a third party.
